It's Time to Feel Human Again.

As burnout rises and life accelerates, this generation is looking for better ways to be social.
The social spaces that exist don’t reflect people’s modern-day needs.
People still want to connect — just not at the cost of feeling good.

There may not be a switch, but there is a space.

Every path is different. These are the ways we help people move forward with confidence.

If only feeling human were as simple as flipping a switch

What is YUNA

What is YUNA

YUNA is a cultural venue built around recovery.

Built for people who want culture, community, and restoration in one place.

The way people socialize is changing.

The way people socialize is changing.

———

For decades, going out meant one thing: louder, later, more.
That era is fading. The fastest-growing social spaces in the world do the opposite they slow you down.
Listening bars. Social saunas. Tea clubs. Once niche, now the places people line up for .
More value, less compromise a generation that wants one space to meet several needs at once, and make the most of every hour and euro spent.

One format is growing faster than the rest:

WHAT SETS US APART

WHAT SETS US APART

Anyone can build a sauna.

Not everyone can build culture.

YUNA is one ecosystem: listening sessions, ambient and live sets, artist residencies, readings, workshops, communal rituals, interdisciplinary work that doesn't fit anywhere else in the city..

YUNA is a cultural venue at heart.

The sauna and the baths aren't the destination. They're the infrastructure that lets people connect more deeply with art, ideas, music, and each other.
Culture first is what makes YUNA a third place: somewhere you belong, not somewhere you visit.

Not a  new business, a proven one evolved.

Five years ago we opened kwia — a calming listening bar in Berlin. A shoes-off space for ambient music, built around a custom sound system and a permanently installed light sculpture.

In a city famous for techno, we asked guests to do something unusual. Take off their shoes. Stop talking. Sit down. And just listen. People thought it would never work.

Five years on, people still line up down the block to get in. And four years running, the Berlin Clubcommission, backed by the State Senate, has recognized kwia for its design, innovation, community impact, and cultural singularity.

The only venue in Berlin to have won the award 4x in a row.

the antithesis of Berlin clubbing — and that's what brings the electronic scene flocking.

Most concepts entering social wellness right now are trying to build cultural credibility from scratch. We spent five years earning it in one of the hardest cities in the world to earn it in.

That observation and that credibility is the foundation YUNA is built on.

Saunas and wet areas are the expensive part — costly to build, costly to run, hard to repeat. So we keep them small. The lounge is cheap and simple to build, so we make it big. That's what makes YUNA scalable and easy to repeat, city after city.

The session is guided and time-boxed — one pass through the Circuit, then the Lounge. No re-entry. That single rule is what keeps the wet area small and predictable.

CIRCUIT - THE FIRST HOUR

Why people come

A guided sauna and cold-plunge ritual, led start to finish.

The kind of deep reset you can't get at home - and the reason people book.

LOUNGE - THE SECOND HOUR & BEYOND

Why people stay

A calm, social space to linger - tea, conversation, stillness. So good that guests choose to stay longer, at €10 an hour.

Separating them is what makes the model efficient, the expensive part stays lean, the profitable part expands.

Market validation

Berlin doesn't lack demand — it lacks a modern format. People will switch the moment a real alternative exists.
The city has the highest concentration of freelancers and creative professionals in Germany — people with flexible schedules, disposable income, and a lifestyle built around quality of life. YUNA's core audience is already here.

The demand is already here.
